I’m no chef but I enjoy good food. Be it at a gourmet restaurant or right at home, it is very important that I please my palate really well. The beer definitely added more flavor into the batter while bringing out a unique taste in the soft, delicate meat of Cream Dory.

The recipe is very easy to make. Here’s how:

1. Pour a bottle of San Miguel’s Cervesa Negra into a bowl.
2. Sift just the right amount of flour into to it to make a batter.
3. Add an egg and whisk away.
4. Sprinkle with seasoning and MSG.
5. Cream Dory cut into serving pieces and season with salt and pepper.
6. Coat seasoned Cream Dory with the Cervasa Negra beer batter.
7. Dredge with flour.
8. Deep fry.
9. Enjoy.

My recipe was a sure hit and I recommend it to everyone. But that’s not the end of it. We spent the night eating, enjoying, and drinking away. And what’s the perfect drink to go with my almost-perfect beer-battered Cream Dory? Nothing else but San Miguel Super Dry beer.
